The Zee Network is presenting the fourth Lux Zee Cine Awards, a company release notes. Films nominated in 15 different categories are up for awards.

Nominations for popular awards are based on the films' box office collections and trade magazine reviews. Ernst & Young has been assigned to gather, tabulate, and authenticate the information that finally decides the winner, the release said.

The popular awards, which will be presented on 17 March, will have a deferred telecast on Zee TV. Broadcasting will take place simultaneously on the Zee website www.zeenext.com.

A new award category - 'Zee Netizen Awards', has been introduced this year. Viewers now can vote for their favourite film on www.zeenext.com

For recognising and appreciating talents behind the screen, awards will also be presented in technical categories. Similar to the popular awards, here too there are five nominations in each of the 15 different categories. The technical awards are supported by various technical fratermities associated with Indian cinema, the release states. A special award ceremony for the nominees in technical categories will be held on 3 March. The telecast is scheduled for 10 March on Zee TV.
