MUMBAI: The Dutch television network Talpa TV has cancelled a TV show based on the daily life of a porn star, deeming it unsuitable for a family channel. The show Op z'n Hollands (The Dutch Way) was just two episodes old.
Op z'n Hollands has the country's popular porn star Kim Holland giving viewers sexual advice based on her own experience. The show was originally set for eight episodes.
The show producer Eyeworks alleged that Talpa was closely involved with the program's format from the very beginning. "Maybe Talpa does not know what to do anymore to get high ratings," local press has quoted Holland as saying.
