Preity Zinta questioned by ED over IPL irregularities

MUMBAI: Bollywood actress Preity Zinta who is a co-owner in the Indian Premier League (IPL) franchise Kings XI Punjab was questioned by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in connection with alleged irregularities in the conduct of IPL season 2 in South Africa.

The ED recorded the actor?s statement during interrogation that lasted for over 10 hours, say media reports.
 
The season 2 of the IPL came under government?s lens after it emerged that ill-gotten money had flowed into the tournament from foreign tax havens.
