CNBC gets into Hyatt hotels in China

Book into any Hyatt hotel in Greater China and be assured of being able to view CNBC. 

The channel struck the deal with the Hyatt International Group of Hotels recently, wherein CNBC will also be available at the newest addition to the hotel chain, the Grand Hyatt Beijing, which opened on October 15. 

CNBC is now available in a total of eight Hyatt properties with more than 4,000 rooms across Beijing, Hong Kong, Macau, Shanghai, Tianjin, Xian and Taipei. 

According to Alan Hodges, CNBC Asia Pacific's vice president, distribution:"We're pleased to announce this agreement with Hyatt International in mainland China and Taiwan, which was made possible through the hard work of our distribution partner in China, CITV (China International TV)."
