Mumbai: Every year on 5 September, we celebrate Teachers' Day—a tribute to the unwavering dedication and profound influence of educators. This day serves as a reminder of the vital role teachers play in shaping the future of their students. Music teachers, in particular, are the architects of talent, refining skills and instilling the discipline that shapes both the individual and the artist within the students.

At Artium Academy, teachers are the backbone of its mission. The academy, known for its innovative approach to music education, offers educators a platform to grow alongside their students. With a network of certified instructors and courses curated by music legends like Sonu Nigam, K. S. Chithra, and Shubha Mudgal, Artium is redefining music learning for students across the globe.

Dhrupadi Das from Mumbai, who teaches Western Vocals at Artium Academy, shares her experience, stating, “Artium has impacted me to have a financially stable source of income. Also, meeting new people every day and building bonds with students has really helped me to understand students better and, in general, made me happy. Some of my biggest accomplishments would be teaching students that I thought I wouldn’t be able to teach, like specially-abled students. I love the credibility that Artium holds with its standard of teachers and service, and I love the fresh chat instant help.” Her story is a testament to how Artium not only nurtures musical talent but also supports the holistic growth of its teachers, providing them with a platform for personal and professional success.

Saikat Roy from Kolkata, who teaches Popular Film Music - Hindi, reflects on his journey at Artium, "I faced challenges in gathering students, but today, I have the privilege of teaching 170 bright souls, and I find immense joy in imparting the art of music to them. Leaving behind my secure job of 8.5 years was a bold and daring decision but finding such a nurturing and positive work environment at Artium made it all worthwhile. My journey with Artium has been filled with moments of pride and accomplishment. One of the most memorable was when the legendary Sonu Nigam Ji shared an 'Aha' moment between my student and me on his own page, accompanied by kind words about my work. It was a tremendous achievement that I will always cherish. The guidance I've received from Ananth Vaidyanathan Ji during teacher training has been invaluable, teaching me how to manage diverse students while upholding the highest standards of academic excellence."

Similarly, Palash Acharjee from Chattisgarh, who teaches Hindustani Classical, Popular Film Music - Hindi, Ghazal, and Devotional Music at Artium, expresses his deep gratitude, "I am indebted to Artium Academy for empowering me to achieve two of life's most significant milestones: becoming a homeowner and finding a life partner. Their impact on my journey has been profound, and I am forever grateful for the opportunities they provided, which have enabled me to build a strong foundation for my personal and professional life.” His story is a testament to how Artium not only nurtures musical talent but also supports the holistic growth of its teachers, providing them with a platform for personal and professional success.

Artium Academy is more than a learning platform; it’s a community where teachers thrive. By leveraging advanced technology like AI-enabled practice studios, the academy equips teachers with tools to maximize their potential. This supportive environment enables educators like Dhrupadi, Gaurav, and Gayathri to reach personal milestones while contributing to the academy's mission of fostering global musical talent.

As Teachers' Day is celebrated, Artium Academy pays tribute to the educators who make a difference every day. Their dedication, passion for music, and commitment to nurturing talent are what keep the art of music vibrant and alive.
