MUMBAI: The Broadcast Audience Research Council (BARC) of India has released its data for top advertisers and brands for the period between 16 January and 21 January 2021.
The data reflects the top 10 advertisers and brands across genres on India’s television, 2+ Individuals, NCCS. All demonstrating ads that were inserted the most in week 3 of 2021.
Top Advertisers:
Hindustan Unilever continued to be the biggest advertiser this week also with 256565 insertions.
It was followed by Reckitt Benckiser India, which ranked second with 193084 ad generations.
Ponds India bagged the third rank this time with 37798 ad AMA. Brooke Bond came in fourth with 36123 ad insertions.
P&G and ITC secured fifth and sixth place with 33604 and 32946 ad views.
Other top brands in the pecking order were as follows: Cadburys, Colgate, Lakme and Amazon India.
Top Brands:
This week Lizol led the chart with 23003 ad impressions, followed by Dettol Antiseptic Liquid with 22744 ad views. Amazon India secured the third position with 19868 ad insertions.
The fourth and fifth spots were acquired by Dettol Toilet Soaps and WhiteHat Jr with 17588 and 16701 ad AMA respectively.
Dettol Disinfectant Spray bagged the sixth spot with 13665 ad views.
Other top brands in the pecking order were as follows: Glow & Lovely, Krack Heel Repair Cream, Policybazaar.com, and Lux.
