MUMBAI: Sony Entertainment Television is expanded its reach in the Gulf.
From tomorrow (1February), SET Asia (the international feed for SET) will be available on the Pehla DTH platform in the Gulf region.
With this deal SET will now be available to subscribers in the Gulf region on three platforms, two DTH and one cable. It is already on the ShowTime DTH platform, which also carries a bouquet of 16 Western channels, plus 10 audio services. Set is also available on E- Vision, the UAE’s only digital cable TV provider.
With the inclusion of SET Asia, Pehla TV bouquet dedicated to Asian entertainment in the Gulf, will offer its subscribers the latest Bollywood movies, dramas, action, the best of music, infotainment and news. Currently, the bouquet offers programming in different Asian languages such as Hindi, Urdu and Malayalam.
