MUMBAI: IndusInd Media & Communications (IMCL), the holding company of leading MSO IncableNet, has promoted Manoj Matwani to president of the company, giving him operational responsibility at the national level.
 

Matwani will report to IMCL chief operating officer Srinivas Palakodeti. Earlier he was senior vice president, handling operations only in Mumbai.
 
 

The branch heads at the different centres where IMCL operates will report to Matwani. IMCL has operations in 10 cities across the country including Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mysore, Ahmedabad, Baroda and Nashik.

In April, Palakodeti, who was chief financial officer, was elevated as the COO. Recently, Ashok Mansukhani has moved from parent company Hinduja TMT to IMCL as executive director, corporate services.
