MUMBAI: 9X Media, a music television network has appointed Kavita Vohra as vice president – ABC sales, north, and east. Audience Brand Connect (ABC) is a specialised division that helps brands to create intellectual properties and narrate their brand stories beyond the 30-second ad format.
Vohra will further strengthen the ABC division in northern and eastern India. She will help brands to connect with their consumers by offering innovative brand properties with better shelf lives. She will report to 9X Media chief revenue officer Pawan Jailkhani.
Prior to joining 9X Media, she was responsible for driving media investments for Unilever India across genres except for regionals. With an an illustrious career spanning over 17 years, Kavita has worked with key media agencies like Group M, Zenith Optimedia and Havas Media in planning and buying roles with a spectrum of clients like Bharti Airtel, Nestle, Hyundai, Samsung to name a few.
