MUMBAI: Pure play cellular service provider Hutch has unveiled its brand for subscribers in Rajasthan.

The company says it has earmarked Rs 2 billion for this year for improving network quality, customer care initiatives and a range of value added services. .

Hutchison Essar executive director Rajiv Sawhney made the following remarks in a company release.
