SC to give 'Kanhaiyya' decision Monday?

Zee

MUMBAI: Zee's beleaguered Sunday morning show Kanhaiyya continues in suspended animation for another week.

The Supreme Court, which was to deliver its final verdict on Friday in a copywrite infringement case brought against Zee by production house Sundial Communications, is expected to deliver its verdict on Monday, according to information available with indiantelevision.com.

This means that there will be no telecast tomorrow either.

Last weekend, the apex court had temporarily set aside the stay on telecast of the serial imposed by the Mumbai High Court on 27 March, allowing Zee to air the second episode last Sunday (30 March) morning at 9:30 am.
