MUMBAI: Romedy NOW, India’s favourite English Entertainment channel, introduces a specially curated property ‘Happy Hours’, an exciting line-up of romantic comedies, in collaboration with Happy Phirr Bhag Jayegi.
With happiness as the common premise between Romedy Now and Happy Phirr Bhag Jayegi, Romedy Now’s Happy Hours will feature the most beautiful romantic comedy movies that have left a lasting impression in the viewer’s mind. Starting August 20, 9p.m., viewers will get their daily dose of love and laughter with ‘Big Momma’s House 2’, ‘Monte Carlo’, ‘Lizzie Mcguire Movie’, ‘17 Again’ and ‘The Parent Trap’.
Lending credence to ‘Happy Hours’, Sonakshi Sinha, the lead protagonist of ‘Happy Phirr Bhag Jayegi’ said, “My mantra for an instant dose of happiness is to watch something that is light and happy like a rom-com or a chick-flick, which is light viewing and makes me forget all stresses”.
“From the films that will air on ‘Happy Hours’, ‘Monte Carlo’ is my favourite because it is about three young girls and a case of mistaken identity.
