MUMBAI: Blake Flynn of MGM has been promoted to VP business affairs for worldwide television distribution.

He looks after negotiations with overseas carriage partners and with domestic broadcast and basic cable networks.

Flynn reports to Lisa Klein Fitzpatrick, the senior VP of business and legal affairs for worldwide television distribution. He joined MGM in 1993 as a legal intern and has subsequently worked his way through the ranks, most recently to senior counsel for business affairs in the worldwide television distribution division.
