University sport live streaming on Fisu TV

MUMBAI: Fisu, the governing body of international university sport, will have live streaming on its TV website www.fisu.tv.

Starting with the opening ceremony of the 26th Summer Universiade in Shenzhen on 12 August and up to the Closing Ceremony of the Games on 23 August, more than 100 hours of live streaming and Video-on-Demand (VoD) content will be available to watch on www.fisu.tv, showing a selection of live events of the sports programme and highlights from all 24 sports on the programme: athletics, basketball, volleyball, football, aquatics (swimming, diving, water polo), gymnastics (artistic, rhythmic, aerobics), tennis, table tennis, badminton, sport shooting, chess, fencing, judo, taekwondo, cycling, archery, weightlifting, sailing, golf and beach volleyball.
 
For the technical part, Fisu partnered with Perform while the TV signal will be received from Shenzhen through EBU satellite platforms.

Interested parties can receive a free access to all video material available in a format that can be used to upload it to their Internet portals and platforms.
