Dish Network eyeing TerreStar, Sirius and Hulu

MUMBAI: Dish Network has got the green signal from a bankruptcy court to open up bidding for assets of satellite-wireless company TerreStar Networks at its upcoming bankruptcy auction.
 
Dish CEO Joseph Clayton told DealBook‘s Evelyn Rusli that he is interested in anything that complements Dish‘s current portfolio,including content companies.
 
"I would be interested in Sirius, Hulu, Pandora. There are a lot of things that are up for grabs right now," he said.
Dish Network and sister company EchoStar have made $2.3 billion in acquisitions in just the first half of 2011.
