At Moving Walls Indonesia, Arora served as director of business development (ASEAN). Prior to his role there, he held the designation of CEO at Kinetic India for almost three years.

Arora, a media maven with over 25 years of experience, has worked with Dentsu Aegis Network India, Interpublic Group, Reliance Entertainment, Star Group, Sahara Media, Lintas Media Group and BCCL in his career.
