Mumbai: Genesys International Corp has announced the appointment of Sudhir Pradhan as president for Geospatial platform. The appointment comes as a part of the mapping solutions company’s on-going effort to deepen the professional capability and continuing of its growth trajectory.P

radhan has 28 years of rich experience in telecom, FMCG, consumer durables and automobile industries, having started his career at Tata Motors. Previously he held senior positions in Vodafone Idea and he was on the management committee of Idea Cellular. At PepsiCo he was executive vice president wherein he was awarded the PepsiCo chairman’s ‘President Ring of Honour,‘ the highest sales performance award in PepsiCo Inc.

Genesys has been in the forefront of Indian map content. Niti Aayog CEO - Amitabh Kant, recently inaugurated its Pan India Urban Digital Twin program. Sudhir Pradhan joins the leadership team at the Mumbai-headquartered company to drive the adoption of this path-breaking program. The addition of Pradhan to the core team is a critical step, which will propel the organisation for future growth, said the company in a statement.
