MUMBAI: Hindi movie channel Zee Cinema's latest production, the two-minutes movie paap ka Anth is complete. The movie will be released on 22 October in 56 theatres across 35 cities across India.
The feature film -- touted as India's shortest thriller ever -- is directed by Rajesh Krishnan of Foot Candles with Vijay Raaz in the lead role. This movie is conceptualised by FCB Ulka and Zee Cinema Marketing.
On the occasion of the preview of the movie Zee Cinema business head Bharat Ranga said, " With this presentation of Paap Ka Anth, Zee Cinema will create an innovative revolution in the history of Indian Cinema. This movie has been made with focus to communicate the values and attributes of the brand - Zee Cinema".
Paap ka Anth is the sensational story of a village girl, who is kidnapped by a dacoit, grows up in a world of crime, and returns to extract her revenge. It is a complete thriller that keeps you guessing all throughout the 120 seconds of the reel, says an official release.
