Three former board members -- director Michael Mann, composer Arthur Hamilton and producer Kathleen Kennedy - are set to return to the board after a hiatus. Mann previously served from 2000 to 2006.
Hamilton, who most recently served from 2008 to 2011 representing the music branch, has been a member of the board of governors for 33 long years while Kennedy, who was on the board from 1994 to 1997, made it again from 2002 to 2011.
The board will next meet on 31 July to elect officers including a new president for the coming year.
