Digitised version of Chota Chetan in September

Chhota Chetan

MUMBAI: India‘s first 3D film My Dear Kuttichathan that released in 1984 and was later dubbed in Hindi as Chhota Chetan, will soon hit the screen in its digitised version with a few new characters and situations.

While the film will retain its original story line, some new scenes and characters have been added to the film as a special visual treat to viewers, said producer Navodaya Appachan.

The new version, which stars Prakash Raj and Urmila Matondkar, has been completed and would be released around 1 September.

Directed by Jijo, the film would be dubbed into other major Indian languages including Hindi.
