NEW DELHI: Bengaluru-based online learning company Unacademy has appointed Jagadeesh J as its new VP-marketing. The post fell vacant after Karan Shroff was promoted to the post of CMO in September last year. 

Jagadeesh took to LinkedIn to share this professional update: “Hello Everyone! I am happy to share with you all that I have joined Unacademy as vice president, marketing. I am excited and looking forward to working with Gaurav Munjal and Karan Shroff to build the greatest edutech company in the world.”

His last stint was with RedBus, where he was the director & head - digital marketing, customer acquisition and partnerships. 

With more than a decade of experience, he has previously worked with Nokia Solutions & Networks, Bharat Petroleum, and Ola. He is an alumnus of MIT and IIM Udaipur
