The period of March end and April first week witnessed WOOT Factor Events Pvt Ltd, attaining the opportunity to conceptualize and execute a hat-trick of events for YES Bank. WOOT Factor is not just an on-ground experience provider but has also created milestone events and experiences for its clients. Similarly, all three event platforms were dealt with an eye for detail and creativity being integral to all steps of planning.
An emotion that gets the country together is the concept of cricket. And hence the theme that was central to all the three events was the element of Power Play – something very essential in Cricket. “The brief was clear”, said Amit Relan, Co-Producer WOOT Factor Events Pvt Ltd. “The management at YES Bank wanted us to provide a fresh and innovative approach to help launch the campaigns or products for each vertical. We have been an extended arm of positive concepts right from the day we have been associated with YES Bank, and this year was no different. Team congregated and laid down guidelines for each event, making sure no idea is repeated and showcasing new insights while narrating stories with extreme reinvention.”
The team unveiled two glittering trophies, while also launching 6 products across the three events, leaving no stone unturned to introduce these concepts to YES Bank employees. One of the trophies was unveiled bringing in the keys to the trophy case via a drone. Other products/services were initiated by an Interactive LED Dance act, a sand artist making a storyboard, a mentalist talking about families and relationships which left the audiences awestruck and enthralled.
Team WOOT conceptualized and managed all aspects of the multi-product launch right from the venue booking, coordination, invites, registration, product presentation, event set-up, demo zones and giveaways, all aspects of the event was managed flawlessly and seamless execution.
