MUMBAI: UTV Stars will launch an all new show titled Superstar Santa where superstars will step into the viewers? life to help solve their woes.

The show is being produced by Red Chillies Idiot Box and will premiere on 1 January and will air every Sunday at 7 pm. The first episode will feature actor Sonam Kapoor.

The show deals with human relationships and its complexities. Spanning over 10 episodes, the show will feature one celebrity each week giving it all to solve the issue at hand. Each of these cases would deal with issues relating to friends, families and even romantic relationships.

Each one hour episode will see a celebrity choose between two or three cases. Each case has at least two parties involved and one among these parties expresses the desire to resolve an impeding issue with the other party along with the presence of a ?confidante? or a common link between both parties.

These cases have been selected through a rigorous research and also through seeking entries from people on social networking and micro blogging websites, the channel said in a statement.

Playing the mediator and anchoring the show would be Dilkhush Reporter.
