    MUMBAI: India Today Group is set to launch a new magazine named Women?s Health on 2 April.

    Sanghamitra Chakraborty has taken charge as editor of the magazine, which is positioned as "lively, fun and provocative" as it addresses the new generation of contemporary, confident and ambitious women. It is targeted at women in their 20s and 30s.

    Women?s Health focuses on two areas - Healthier and Fitter life. This includes Health, Fitness, Nutrition and Weight-loss and is upgrading your life which includes Beauty, Style, Sex, Relationships and Life skills.

    Revealing details about the launch campaign, India Today Group Lifestyle COO Mala Sekhri said, "A strong promotional marketing mix where we reach out to the audiences through various mediums of communication - digital (social media presence), in show integrations (electronic), outdoors, print media, trade campaigns, BTL in the form of reaching out to the audiences at various touch points, radio, special launch show on electronic media, interesting subscription drives, promotion at personal care outlets like gyms in the form of product placement."

    The creative planning and execution has been done by an in-house team.
