MUMBAI: Colors is all set to present its annual Holi gala ?Rang De Colors? on 27 March at 3 pm and 5 pm.
Adding in the spirit of celebration will be the Colors? artists who will perform and entertain the audience.
The theme is centred around the ?tussle between boys and girls?. The show promises to give the viewers an insight into how the Colors artists celebrate their holi, adding a tinge of happiness to the festivity.
Promising a fun-filled and entertaining afternoon, Rang De Colors will see Bani (Shefali Sharma) and Rajji (Neha Bagga) performing for the first ever time on Katiya Karoon.
The ?Tom and Jerry? like couple Beera (Siddarth Arora) and Navika (Jayashree Venketaramanan) will groove to some melodious Holi songs like Holi ke din dIl mil jaate hain.
Sharing the spirit of Holi and providing all-round entertainment, the older generation of Colors family will also give some performances. There will also be acts by Urvashi Dholakia, Deepali (Seema Mishra) of Madhubala and Aashka Goradia as they put together some performances on Bollywood item numbers like Fevicol Se.
Apart from the performances, the boys and girls will take on some challenges in order to outwit each other. Sumit Raghavan will lead the ‘toli‘ of boys while Dhrashti will lead the ‘toli‘ of girls. The sweet banter between boys and girls aims to add on to the fun and excitement.
MUMBAI: Animal Planet will kick off the show ?Where Tigers Rule? on 1 April.
The show, which looks at the tiger?s behavior, predatory skills, legends and issues related to its survival, will air every night at 9 pm.
Filmed in forests, grasslands and protect reserves, the show will provide a look into the mysterious world of the tiger.
Joining hands with Animal Planet are Bollywood actors Ajay Devgn, Bipasha Basu and Olympic Gold Medalist Abhinav Bindra. The channel believes that such efforts will augment its efforts to generate nationwide interest on tigers and the threats affecting their survival.
MUMBAI: With a view to bridge the gap between Bollywood and audience and in an attempt to bring them closer, UTV Stars is all set to launch a new show, ?Bollynomics?, on 19 April.
Each episode of Bollynomics will encapsulate different aspects of this trade such as cover story on the week?s trend, tete-a tete with prominent producers, distributors and studio executives; The Big Picture ? a small chat segment with prominent personalities from the Trade fraternity; Star Equity ? the analysis of a Bollywood personality every week; weekly Trade Report ? a consolidated analysis and report on the happenings of the week gone by; and Bollywood This Week ? Top 10 trade related news of the week.

The first episode will feature the show host in conversation with Bipasha Basu and Vinod Bhanushali, Rohan Sippy and David Dhawan.
