    CNN chief international correspondent Christiane Amanpour journeyed to eight countries over eight months to report for God‘s Warriors, an exclusive global CNN documentary about the global phenomenon of religious fervor upon politics, culture and public life . During six hours broadcast over three consecutive nights, CNN will reveal how "God‘s Warriors" want to bring religion back from the periphery to the center of public life ? and how far they are willing to go to transform modern society.

    MUMBAI: On the very special occasion of India‘s 60th Independence Day celebration, the talented finalists of Amul Star Voice of India are all set to pay their tribute to thousands of brave souls who contributed to our independence.

    The presence of celebrities like Sunidhi Chauhan, Hariharan, Roop Kumar Rathore & Alka Yagnik will further add on to the independence flavor.

    The special episode will get a start when the six boys of Amul Star Voice of India will instigate the patriotic feelings by singing the song vande Mataram by AR Rehaman. Shaan will add on to the jingoistic atmosphere by narrating some facts of the freedom struggle. The youngest contestant Abhas will lend his voice to the famous deshbhakti song ‘Kar Chale Hum Fida‘. The Lucknow youngster, Harshit will maintain the flavor of the day while singing the very touching number ‘Mera Rang De Basanti Chola‘ .

    This episode will also screen aspiratory clippings of the brave Army Jawans talking emotionally about their experiences, the difficult of staying alone and away from their families without communication and contribution of ASVOI which is their constant source of inspiration & respite. The celebrity singer Roop Kumar Rathore will appropriately compliment the nationalistic feeling by singing the very touching song ‘ Sandese aaten hain‘ from the movie Border. He will then team up with an extremely talented contestant Prantik and enhance the patriotic rhythm by singing ‘Zindagi Maut Na Ban Jaye‘.

    Prantik, Arhpreet, Harshit & Abhas will change the mood when they will get together and rock the show by singing a foot tapping number ‘Suno Gaur Se Duniya walon‘.
