But despite the episode being a tearjerker, the surprise celebrity guest ensures that all are smiling and enjoying the music. Neil Nitin Mukesh steals the show on the Friday episode as his presence sets the perfect mood for the evening and encourages the contestants to perform their best.

The performances of the contestants strike an emotional chord for all the judges ? Kunal Ganjawal, Pritam Chakroborthy and Shreya Ghosal. For the first time, the judges are seen reliving many poignant memories related to the theme. The pahari dragon Prakriti sings a very touchy song ?Babul jo tumne sikhaya?. Neil became really emotional as Prakriti sang and recalls the day that his sister got married since the same song was sung at her wedding. Sweet Soniya sings to the tunes of ?Likhnewale ne likh dale?. The only boy in the all-girls gang, Vyom Kapoor, sings ?Chalo doli uthao?. His day was made when Neil asked Vyom if he would sing for him in the future.

These songs remind Pritam & Kunal about their sister?s marriage and how much they miss their presence. Pritam said that he and his elder sister used to fight like cats and dogs and that he sobbed endlessly when she got married. Kunal recollected the way his sister, who?s now in the US, used to complain to his mother saying that their mother loved Kunal more. Shreya Ghoshal sings ?Ab ke baras bhej bhaiyya ko babul?, but breaks down in the middle as she?s unable to control her emotions. She?s requests the Chhote Ustaad participants not to forget her and to always stay in touch with her. To add on to the heart wrenching evening, Anwesha sings ?Yeh galiyan yeh chaubara? and Aishwariya leaves everyone awestruck with the wonderful melody ?Agle janam mohe bitiya na kijo?.

  • Watch the Clash Of The Villans in Reliance Mobile ?Kaho NA Yaar Hai?

Submitted by ITV Production on Mar 05, 2008

MUMBAI: Watch the baddies of television, Akashdeep Sehgal and Rakshanda Khan battle it out in the upcoming ?Villains? Special? episode of Reliance Mobile ?Kaho Na Yaar Hai? on Friday, March 7 at 8 pm on Star Plus.

Akashdeep accompanied by his two friends, Bunty Grewal and Sooraj Thapar and Rakshanda along with her friends Geeta and Kedar compete with each other in the episode to win a fully paid trip to Pattaya.

All through the episode, Rakshanda?s team was trailing behind with Akashdeep and his friends taking the lead. True to his mischievous image, Akashdeep recounts his childhood pranks and how he slimed out of a situation with the cops for a prank he had played, by passing on the blame to an innocent neighbour.

In an attempt to steal the show, both Rakshanda and Akashdeep jumped to give responses before hearing the questions in the last round. Their enthusiasm paid off as Rakshanda managed to storm ahead and take the lead from Akashdeep.

Adding hysteria to the episode, gags were played on both Akashdeep Sehgal and Rakshanda Khan. Akashdeep was deceived by being offered a lead role in a Russian film. A narration meeting was set up between Akashdeep and a Russian film producer and the only way Akashdeep could bag the role was if he?d cut his log tresses.

On the other hand, Rakshanda has a challenging time when she is asked to shoot a promo for the show and is faced with an exasperated director who keeps pronouncing her name incorrectly. To add to her miseries, she is asked to say irrelevant lines such as "I used to play marbles, gilli danda and kho kho in school".

For a complete dose of fun and laughter don?t forget to tune in to Reliance Mobile Kaho Na Yaar Hai, Friday, March 7, 8.00pm only on Star Plus Please refer to the attached pictures from the show.
